New Construction in Jupiter, FL: What's Actually Available in 2026
Quick answer New construction options in Jupiter FL are limited by design. Here's what's actually building, what it costs, and how to navigate Jupiter Farms custom estates.

Jupiter’s low-rise, low-density policy means new construction here is dramatically more limited than in neighboring Palm Beach Gardens. That’s by design, the town traded development density for lifestyle quality. Here’s what exists.

Caretta: $1.8M-$2.5M+

Caretta by Luxury Coastal is the most significant active new-construction project in Jupiter proper. Prices start at $1.8M and climb past $2.5M. Under construction now, this product targets the buyer who wants new construction at a luxury price point without leaving Jupiter for Palm Beach Gardens. If you’re in this price range, Caretta is worth evaluating alongside resale estate options.

Custom Estates at Jupiter Farms: $950K-$1.9M+

Jupiter Farms is where new construction buyers in the $950K-$1.9M range can actually get ground-up product: custom homes on acreage lots. You’re working with private custom builders, buying a lot and contracting construction separately, which is a different process than buying from a production builder. The result is a home exactly to your specifications on a lot size you can’t get closer to the water. The trade: you’re 15-20 minutes from the coast and schools by car.

The Reality of Jupiter New Construction

If you need new construction in the $500K-$900K range, Jupiter doesn’t have it. That price point means either a resale home in Abacoa or nearby communities, or you’re driving south to Palm Beach Gardens (which has the most active new construction in the county, especially at Avenir). I redirect a lot of Jupiter new-construction buyers to Avenir when the price point doesn’t match Jupiter’s available product.
