If you’re in this price range, Caretta is worth evaluating alongside resale estate options.

Custom Estates at Jupiter Farms: $950K-$1.9M+

Jupiter Farms is where new construction buyers in the $950K-$1.9M range can actually get ground-up product: custom homes on acreage lots. You’re working with private custom builders, buying a lot and contracting construction separately, which is a different process than buying from a production builder. The result is a home exactly to your specifications on a lot size you can’t get closer to the water. The trade: you’re 15-20 minutes from the coast and schools by car.

The Reality of Jupiter New Construction

If you need new construction in the $500K-$900K range, Jupiter doesn’t have it. That price point means either a resale home in Abacoa or nearby communities, or you’re driving south to Palm Beach Gardens (which has the most active new construction in the county, especially at Avenir).
