Moving from California or the Northeast?

Hey, I'm Stanley.

And I want to be straight with you.

This isn't another branded Zillow. It's everything I'd tell a friend over coffee before they bought down here, the good suburbs, the flood maps, the builder games. All free, all from a local who actually lives it.

Who's behind this

I built the resource I wish my friends had.

I'm a South Florida REALTOR® with eXp, but mostly I'm the guy my friends text when they're thinking about moving here. So I built the resource I wish they had.

I've helped families from LA, the Bay, New York and Boston land in the right neighborhood, not just the one that looked good in photos. No pressure, no fluff. Watch a few videos, grab the guide, and when you're ready, we'll talk.

My focus is new construction and relocation, the two moves where the small details quietly decide whether you got a good deal or a headache. I go deep on the stuff that actually matters down here: the builders and which incentives are real, HOA and CDD fees, school zones, insurance, and the true cost of a home past the sticker price. Whether you're buying your first place, moving up, or relocating from out of state to Fort Lauderdale, Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade, my job is the same. Give you the honest market read and a clear strategy so you make a wise decision, not a rushed one. That's the whole reason The South Florida Insider exists.
