The area around Aventura has several private school options including Scheck Hillel Community School, Hillel Community Day School, and several other Jewish day schools that serve the significant Jewish population in Aventura. These are legitimate private school options with strong academic programs.

Many families in Aventura with school-age children choose private school. The income profile of Aventura residents makes this financially accessible for many. Families who choose Aventura primarily for schools would be better served by Coral Springs or Weston - the school picture there is simply stronger.
