Doral Neighborhoods: Downtown Doral, Doral Isles, and Where to Live
Quick answer A guide to Doral's main communities and neighborhoods - what each offers, price ranges, and how to choose.

Doral is organized into planned communities and master-planned districts. Here is a breakdown of the main areas.

Downtown Doral

The crown jewel of Doral’s planning. A walkable mixed-use neighborhood with new condos, townhomes, single-family homes, retail, restaurants, parks, and a community center. This is the most livable, walkable part of Doral and it is what the city aspires to be throughout. New construction townhomes run $550,000-$750,000. Condos from $400,000. Single-family homes from $700,000. The community park and walking trails are active every day.

Doral Isles

Gated communities with lakes, recreation areas, and single-family homes. Multiple villages within Doral Isles serve different price points from $600,000 to $1.2M. Strong HOA communities with active community programming. Popular with families.

Landmark at Doral

Newer development with contemporary architecture. Townhomes and single-family homes in the $500,000-$800,000 range. Well-designed community spaces. One of the newer additions to Doral’s housing stock with product that appeals to buyers who want contemporary design over traditional Mediterranean.

Golf Course Communities

Several communities are adjacent to the golf courses in Doral, including the Trump National Doral resort area. Homes on or near the golf courses command a premium. The residential communities separate from the resort area have their own character and are not Trump-branded living.

Western Doral

The western sections of Doral closer to the Everglades edge have newer, more affordable communities. Further from the commercial core and from the most walkable areas but offering lower prices for similar product. Good for buyers who are price-sensitive within Doral.
